Q: Do I need to know how to tap or do hypnosis?

Not at all! The tapping session includes a short intro video showing you exactly what to do, and the hypnosis is simply guided relaxation - just press play and follow along.

Q: How long does each session take?

There is a 25min Tap and a 15 minute Hypnosis. You can do both in one sitting, however I recommend spacing them out to allow for integration.

The journal prompts take 5-10 minutes depending on how deep you want to take it, there's an AM and a PM prompt, and both are completely optional.

I like to dip in when I feel like I need them rather than making them a chore.

Q: What if I fall asleep during the hypnosis?

Perfect! Your subconscious is still receiving the messages. Some of the best healing happens while you sleep.

Q: Can I use this more than once?

Absolutely! Use it as many times as you need throughout December (and beyond). These are tools you'll have forever.

Q: Is this beginner-friendly?
